Reflections on leading through change and uncertainty

These essays grow out of my work, but they aren't really about my work.

Over the years, I've found myself returning to the same questions: How do we build trust? How do we navigate disagreement? How do we change without losing ourselves? And what does it mean to care for something that will outlast us?

These are not scheduled or regular reflections. And I don't write because I've arrived at the answers. I write because I'm still learning, and I don't want the experience of that learning to benefit only me. If these reflections help you make sense of your own work, relationships, or community, then they've served their purpose.
